These might be the fudgiest, most delicious brownies I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of brownies. They’re definitely my dessert of choice. I’ll choose them over freshly baked cookies, cake, pie, you name it. I can’t help it! They’re just too good. These are FLOURLESS and made from ground up hazelnuts and dark chocolate. Then drizzled with more dark chocolate. So rich and decadent. There’s really no other way to describe them!

Pumpkin Almond Butter Bars with Gingersnap Crust

To be honest, I’ve never been a big pumpkin pie fan. I mean it’s good, but doesn’t make me swoon like a rich fudge brownie, chocolate chip cookie, or a chocolate peanut butter dessert. Pies in general don’t do much for me. Call me crazy! I’ll always have a slice of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving, but that’s it. I don’t think about it for the rest of the year. Pumpkin BREAD on the other hand..totally different story. Obsessed to say the least.

These bars are making me change my tune! They’re reminiscent of pumpkin pie, but so much healthier, and they pack a gingery bite from the gingersnaps! They’re almost paleo, except for the gingersnap crust. I wouldn’t judge you if you ate one for breakfast or for a snack.

I could seriously live off these things. Energy bites, protein balls, power bites, no-bake bites, whatever you wanna call them are something I make weekly and keep on hand at all times.

They’re absolutely perfect for a pre-workout snack, post-workout snack, on-the-go breakfast, or healthy dessert. Or, that 3pm sweet craving. I know you know the struggle. I can’t stress enough how much I LOVE these. They taste seriously sinful, but they’re super healthy and made from dates and nuts.

Plum Raspberry Amaretto Galette

Can summer desserts be beat? I don’t think so. Unless we’re in a super rich chocolatey mood (which definitely happens), but there’s something so amazing about fresh summer stone fruits and berries baked together. Whether it be in a crisp, a crumble, a pie, a crostata/galette (p.s. what do you call them?! I call them both..), or a just served with whipped cream! Too good. This one is filled with amaretto, plums, raspberries, and a little cinnamon, then topped with crunchy toasted almonds and sparkly coarse sugar on the edges. Simple and beautiful!
