These fall inspired mimosas are made with apple cider instead of orange juice, and they have a chai spice sugar rim for extra spice and flavor!
To make the chai sugar rim, combine the sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and ginger on a plate and stir or use your fingers to combine.
Moisten the rims of your champagne flute with apple cider and rim in the chai sugar. Pour 2-3 ounces of apple cider into the glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
