Mango Smoothie Bowls

These mango smoothie bowls are SO delicious and easy to make! They taste just like summer and will transport you right to the beach!

Ingredients

For the smoothie base

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond or coconut milk (I used a blend!)

Topping ideas

  • fresh berries
  • sliced banana
  • sliced kiwi
  • fresh mango
  • chia seeds
  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • toasted almonds or other nuts
  • nut butter
  • honey

Instructions

  1. To a high powered blender, add the frozen mango, pineapple, banana, ginger, and almond/coconut milk (start with ½ cup and add more if needed). Blend until super thick and creamy. You may need to stir it once or twice in between to help it along!

  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!
