Raspberry Frosé Poptails

These Raspberry Frosé Poptails are made with only 3 ingredients! Your favorite rosé, lemonade, and fresh raspberries! They're a cross between a popsicle and a cocktail, and they're the perfect summer happy hour treat to cool down with this summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Day Owl rosé
  • 1 3/4 cups lemonade*
  • raspberries and/or blackberries*
  • popsicle sticks
  • glasses of rosé for serving, if desired

Instructions

  1. Combine rosé and lemonade in a medium bowl with a spout (for easy pouring). Stir to combine. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds and freeze for 2-3 hours (or until they just start to get slushy).

  2. Remove from freezer and add a small handful of berries to each mold, pressing the berries down with popsicle sticks. Place the popsicle sticks evenly in the molds and freeze until solid, according to the mold's manufacturer's instructions.

  3. Remove from molds and enjoy! I love serving them in glasses of rosé too!

Recipe Notes

*Try to use as freshly squeezed of a lemonade here as you can, like the varieties that have a little pulp in them. They taste so much better than the lemonades from concentrate!
*I used mostly raspberries and a few blackberries in these for color, but you can use whatever fruit you have on hand, or whatever fruit looks good at the store/farmers market! Strawberries would be amazing here!
*Serving these poptails in glasses of rosé is a game changer :)
