  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • lime slices for garnish
  • pomegranate arils for garnish
  • cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by making the simple syrup. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary. Bring to a boil, stir until sugar has dissolved, and remove from heat. Set aside to cool completely.

  2. Make the cinnamon salty sugar. Combine margarita salt, sugar, and cinnamon on a plate and stir until combined. Set aside.

  3. Make the clementine juice. Add peeled clementines to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour juice into a cup or bowl through a fine mesh strainer and discard the pulp.

  4. Moisten the edge of your margarita glass with lime and rim in the cinnamon salty sugar. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  5. To make the margarita, add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the lime juice, clementine juice, pomegranate juice, rosemary cinnamon simple syrup, tequila, and Grand Marnier. Shake for 20-30 seconds and pour into the glass. Top with a lime slice, pomegranate arils, a cinnamon stick, and a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
