Peach Rosé Granita

This peach rosé granita is only 3 ingredients and it's SO easy to make! It's made by blending rosé, peaches, and sugar, and freezing it to make a slushy!

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup rosé (I used a dry rosé)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, rosé, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass 8x8 baking dish (or any baking dish close to that size). Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 8 hours or up to overnight.

  2. Once finished, remove from freezer and scrape with a fork to form "slush." Serve!
