  • 4-5 large basil leaves

For the mules

  • handful of blueberries
  • 1 basil leaf

  • 1 ounce blueberry basil simple syrup
  • 2-3 ounces ginger beer
  • extra basil leaves for garnish

  2. To make the cocktail, add a small handful of blueberries and 1 basil leaf to a glass. Muddle the blueberries and basil until fragrant and juicy. Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  3. Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into the glass and top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a few basil leaves, blueberries, and a lime wedge or two. Enjoy!
