This creamy lemon herb dip is full of flavor and only 7 ingredients! It's filled with scallions, parsley, dill, and lemon zest, so it's a fresh, perfect addition to a veggie platter or appetizer tray! It keeps beautifully int he fridge for up to a week!
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve with your favorite veggies and/or crackers/pita!
*I like to chill mine for a few hours to develop the flavors more, but it's totally optional.
