These palomas are made with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, blood orange soda, a little agave nectar, and a splash of your favorite beer! They're similar to a beergarita but with more of a citrusy flavor! They can be made pitcher-style for a crowd too!
Moisten the edge of your glass with a lime wedge and rim in the coarse salt. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, blood orange soda, and agave. Shake for 20 seconds and pour into the glass. Top with the beer and stir. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit, lime, and blood orange. Serve immediately!
*To make these pitcher-style for a crowd, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, and agave in a pitcher in the quantities you need of each ingredient. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, add crushed ice, and top with the blood orange soda and beer and stir to combine. Add the sliced fruit as well, if desired.
