Greek Yogurt Curry Dip

This Greek yogurt curry dip is only 6 ingredients and it's SO flavorful! It's perfect to prep for the week as a dip for veggies, or for crudite platters for entertaining!

For the dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 0%, but feel free to use 2% or higher)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons yellow curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • pinch of salt

For dippers

  • cucumbers
  • heirloom carrots
  • bell peppers
  • radishes
  • snow peas
  • asparagus
  • whatever other veggies/dippers you like!


  1. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, curry powder, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until completely combined. You can do this in a food processor too!

  2. Serve with your favorite veggies and dippers!
