Moscow mules are my favorite cocktail as of late. I’m a huge ginger fan, and love the spiciness of ginger beer mixed with the tart lime. I’m usually a one drink and done kind of girl, but with these..it’s another story. I wanted to share my favorite classic version of the drink, with no crazy add-ins, simple syrups, or other fruits. 3 ingredients and that’s it! Get to it.
If you haven’t planned a drink to make on New Years, you should make these! So festive. My basic self loves the copper mugs..probably adds to my obsession with the drink.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed

- lime slices and crystallized ginger for garnish
Instructions
- Add lime juice to chilled copper mug. Fill with ice and pour in the vodka. Add ginger beer and stir. Garnish with lime and crystallized ginger if desired. I usually squeeze another lime wedge into the drink and drop it in there, but I love lime. Taste and adjust to your preference!
