Sprouts Ellicott City is finally open to the public today and I am absolutely IN LOVE with the store! I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peek of the store last night, and was blown away by the quality of products, selection, and organization of Sprouts Ellicott City. So grab a cup of coffee, and join me on my sneak peek of the store!

I’m not sure if I can even choose my favorite part of the store, but I was overall impressed by the quality of produce, and the incredible prices. What I love about Sprouts is that they make healthy living for less SO easy and much more affordable.

The fresh produce (my favorite part!) is located at the center of the store, and there’s a TON of it! They also have amazing quality fresh meat and seafood at The Butcher Shop and The Fish Market, a full-service deli with convenient and high-quality prepared foods, and a bulk foods section where you can purchase as little as you need or as much as you want! I especially love this with all of the cooking and recipe development I do on a daily basis!

They also have an extensive selection of vitamins and supplements, dairy, and a bakery! So many good things. I could get lost in that store for hours. Is grocery shopping anyone else’s favorite activity? I’m not even joking.

I mean, just look at some of the produce. How perfect is it?! They have such a wide array of options from vegetables to fruit, and they also carry conventional and organic options, which is fantastic.

One of the things that blew me away the most, is that they have avocados for 2 for $1!!! I’m used to paying at least $2 for ONE avocado, and I go through them like crazy, so this made me the happiest person ever. And the avocados were beautiful!

Another thing I loved seeing is that they had a special section for Latin produce. I cook a ton of Mexican, Tex-Mex, and Latin cuisine, so I loved seeing that they had tomatillos, poblano peppers, and other various peppers and ingredients I cook with often!

If you are ever at Sprouts and you’re unsure about a product, definitely ask on of the team members. They are SO friendly and they can help you find the right product to fit your needs, and they can also help you sample a product in the store before you buy it! Super cool, right?

Another aisle I had to scout out was the nut butter aisle. I am somewhat of a nut butter connoisseur (is that a thing?) and I have at least 10+ jars in my pantry at any given time. I was super impressed with their selection and they have them at such affordable prices!

Last but certainly not least, flowers. I am definitely a person that will buy flowers from time to time to treat myself, and I also use them often in my food photography. I loved seeing that Sprouts had such a beautiful selection of flowers. They were all SO fresh and they had a wide selection to choose from! This was just a small snapshot of some of my faves. Roses, in fact are my favorite!

Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Sprouts, and the staff made it such an amazing experience. Everyone was SO friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. I’m pretty sure I had 6 or 7 people approach me during my trip asking how they could help, and everyone seemed so happy to be there. I can’t say enough good things!

If you’re local to the Ellicott City/Baltimore area, I hope to see you there soon! xo
