This strawberry champagne baked brie is a perfect festive recipe to make for any holiday or get together! It’s only 4 ingredients and couldn’t be easier to make, and it’s such a showstopper!

Strawberry Champagne Baked Brie
I have THE most festive holiday app for your NYE! Plus, it’s only four ingredients. Also, who doesn’t love hot, melty cheese? This recipe is perfect to assemble ahead of time and bake at someone’s house if you’re traveling for New Years. Or if you’re entertaining, it’s super easy to make with guests nearby and it won’t take away from party time!

Strawberry Champagne Baked Brie

First of all, this combo! I cooked down fresh strawberries with champagne and honey and o.m.g. I want to put this on toast, and pretty much everything at the moment. It’s so delicious!

Creamy brie and fruity flavors go so well together. I also love this brie if super fruity isn’t your thing.

Strawberry Champagne Baked Brie

My ideal NYE is spent relaxing at home with family and/or friends, and watching the ball drop with a bunch of apps and maybe a drink or two. I’m totally adding this to my spread with another cheese board, a huge veggie tray, and maybe some of my mom’s famous meatballs.

Strawberry Champagne Baked Brie

This strawberry champagne baked brie is a perfect festive recipe to make for any holiday or get together! It's only 4 ingredients and couldn't be easier to make, and it's such a showstopper!

Course Appetizer
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely diced strawberries + extra sliced strawberries for topping
  • 1/3 cup champagne
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 (13 ounce) wheel of brie

Instructions

  1. Place diced strawberries, champagne, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 7-10 minutes until reduced and syrupy. Set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Preheat oven to 350℉. Place brie in a medium cast iron skillet or oven safe dish. Drizzle brie with honey and spoon strawberry mixture over brie.

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brie is soft and you can tell it's melty inside. Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional sliced strawberries if desired and serve with your favorite breads and crackers!
