I’m sharing a round-up of some of my favorite brunch recipes from the blog that are perfect for pampering your mama with this Sunday! Cocktails included of course!
Starting with the beverages, we have strawberry hibiscus kombucha margaritas with salty vanilla bean sugar!
Another favorite marg of mine, actually my most favorite marg of all time: winter citrus margaritas with salty vanilla bean sugar.
These are unreal you guys. UN.REAL.
These cucumber melon gin spritzers are probably my mom’s favorite cocktail recipe on the blog. SO refreshing.
Peach watermelon rosé sangria! How can you go wrong with tons of delicious fruit and rosé?!
Blackberry cucumber gin spritzers with SPIRALIZED CUCUMBERS! SO fun.
And if you wanna go the traditional mimosa route, these are amazing. Blood orange pomegranate mimosas with vanilla bean sugar!
If you want to go the non-alcoholic route, these iced coffees are delish!
And so are these mocha coconut milkshakes with no-bake oatmeal chocolate chip cookie crumble. Omg.
Now for the FOOD.
Have you tried sweet potato toast before? I love this version with avocado and lemon basil chickpea salad.
Summery toasts 5 WAYS. This is one of my favorite “recipes” I’ve ever shared on the blog. MAKE THESE.
Strawberry champagne baked brie. I mean while we have the champagne out for mimosas, why the heck not?!
These baked rosé donuts are the most feminine and fun thing ever.
This lemon pistachio bundt cake is totally acceptable for breakfast. Love this combo of flavors!
Smoked salmon crispy smashed potato bites with avocado dill sauce! That sauuuuce.

Can never have enough donuts! Whole wheat baked chai donuts with homemade iced chai lattes. My mom is SUCH a chai lover so these make me think of her immediately!
Pesto mushroom sweet potato spinach frittata has me and my mamas name written allll over it. Frittatas are our fave!
Acai chia pudding smoothie bowls! The best of both worlds.
Breakfast naan pizzas – 2 ways! Pizza for breakfast? Always YES.
Gouda grilled cheese with lemon asparagus, bacon, and a fried egg!! These are unreallll. My mom is obsessed with them!
Mexican street corn chilaquiles are all I ever want in life.
6 ingredient leek bacon potato frittata! SO good and so simple.
Carrot cake loaf with vanilla bean maple ricotta. My moms favorite kind of cake made into a loaf and topped with the most delicious whipped ricotta!
Banana bread made with quinoa flour!
And quite possibly my favorite banana bread on the site: blueberry chia jam STUFFED oatmeal banana bread!
And in case you need brunch dessert (I think YES), then flourless chocolate hazelnut brownies are the ticket.
