This Creamy Lemon Herb Dip is full of flavor and it’s only 7 ingredients! It’s filled with scallions, parsley, dill, and lemon zest, so it’s a fresh, perfect addition to a veggie platter or appetizer tray! It keeps beautifully in the fridge for up to a week!

This is absolutely my all-time favorite dip for veggies. It’s creamy, herby, fresh from the lemon zest, and it has just the perfect amount of salt to bring out all of the flavors. I’m pretty sure you can dip anything in this dip and it’ll taste amazing.

The best part is – it comes together in minutes. Everything gets thrown into the food processor and that’s it! Super super simple. I think it tastes better the longer it chills, so if you want to make this ahead of time for a party, it will taste even better!

Or, if you want to meal prep it on the weekend to have a dip for your veggies for snacking all week, it’s perfect for that too!

It was such a treat to have this dip on hand the week I shot this recipe, because it was so delicious with all of the veggies! And it prevented me from going crazy with the chips and hummus at 3pm. And chocolate. And popcorn. And whatever else I reach for when I’m hangry.

Please tell me I’m not alone.

For years and years, I’ve been making an herb dip from this cookbook of Ina Garten’s, and it’s to die for. This is my version of that dip. I decided to go a little heavier on the herbs, add a little lemon, and slightly lighten it up with Greek yogurt.

Sidenote: my mom’s friend personally knows Ina, and he got that cookbook signed for me from her for one year for Christmas when I was in middle school. One of the best gifts I’ve ever received!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this dip for parties and for my family. It has such a nostalgic and comforting taste to me!

The flavors in this dip lend themselves to Spring specifically with the dill and lemon, but it’s really wonderful year-round. And you can pair it with any veggies and/or crackers and pita you like!

It honestly tastes amazing with ev.er.ey.thing.

I’ve even dipped chicken in it before. Is that weird?

Regardless, you HAVE to make this dip! It’s just the best.

I hope you love it as much as we do! <3
