Healthy "Brownie" Bites

Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 30 -35 balls
Ingredients
- 18 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. raw cashews
- 1/4 c. almond butter (the drippy natural kind)
- 1 1/2 T. flaxseed meal
- 1 T. honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until all ingredients are incorporated and the mixture forms somewhat of a "dough". Form into balls and refrigerate until ready to eat. I like to refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming. They last for up to a week in the fridge!
